My first attempt to UStream an event was quite a learning experience. First of all, there seem to be a lot of ’start broadcast’ buttons to push before you actually start broadcasting. Second, and more importantly, there is a big difference between ’start broadcasting’ and ’start recording’. Looks like the broadcast is now only a part of Internet history, but with no remaining artifact.

I was recording a video conferencing session between a school here in Colorado, and another in Washington. The two classes exchange letters through out the year, and cap it off with a video conference at the end of the year. Kind of fun. This was the second year we did this. Next year, maybe I’ll know how to have it recorded as is happens so anyone can stop in and see what we did!
